3 Night stay - $9,800 MXN or $545 USD

Additional nights after 4 - $3,000 MXN or $165 USD
AIR CONDITIONING FEES - $1000 MXN or $55 USD Per Unit, Per Day
During the summer months of June, July, August and September, we require a cash payment of $1000MXN or $55USD PER DAY of your reservation to cover fuel expenses for the generators. This is a mandatory charge, we do not offer rentals in the summer months without usage of air conditioning.
Long term rentals are subject to negotiation, please contact us.
